Vanessa is our Director of Property Management here at STRUD Property. As well as residential properties, Vanessa also excels in managing Body Corporate Schemes where she has overseen onsite operation and navigated the QBCC standards and tolerance guide for new builds. She also holds a General Construction Induction Training Card (formerly known as a White Card), providing her unrestricted access to construction sites across Queensland. Having this means Vanessa is able to stay informed about the latest developments and offer valuable insights to our clients.

In her spare time, Vanessa enjoys hanging out with her young family and St Bernard, named Hulk. She has a very close and supportive family and is also Jordan’s cousin.
